
HAZEL MANSFIELD BSc(Hons.)Ost Med MA (Cantab) DO ND

Hazel Mansfield was educated at Cambridge University and the British College of Osteopathic Medicine where she graduated top of her class, winning the majority of clinic and year prizes. She lectures in Osteopathic Medicine in London and in Sweden. Hazel has been heavily involved in sport all of her life, and played hockey for England before injury cut her career short. Whilst turning her hand to pursuing her academic goals at Cambridge she remained playing hockey at the highest national level and gained 4 Blues, playing for Cambridge University in Varsity matches. She is a very keen runner and has competed in many running events including the London Marathon and also enjoys skiing, football, climbing and travelling.
Two main groups of patients form the majority of Hazel’s clients: those with office-related pains and those with sports injuries. She successfully treats those with existing injuries as well as those wishing to prevent future strain, stiffness or injury by putting in place exercises or behaviours to correct poor posture or poor movement patterns. Hazel is very experienced in treating sports injuries of all kinds and is a specialist in lower limb biomechanics and running injuries. She has worked with many elite athletes and sportspersons and has travelled to South Africa as osteopath for the female Barbarians Rugby Team and consults for Wasps Ladies Rugby in West London.
Hazel is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopaths Association. Her treatments are covered by most major health insurers including Axa PPP, Pru Health, Norwich Union (Aviva), Cigna, WPA and Healthsure.

RICHARD EMMERSON M(Ost) Med BA Dunelm DO ND
Registered Osteopath
Richard was educated at Durham University and the British College of Osteopathic Medicine obtaining an M(ost). He comes from a strong sporting background having represented England Under-18’s at rugby and was a member of Durham University’s title-winning Rugby squad. He has since played for Richmond Rugby club and competed in several triathlons. He also enjoys playing cricket, tennis and Brazilian martial arts.
Richard has a natural desire to optimise health, nutrition and fitness. He is experienced in treating work-related aches and pains and uses a combination of effective myofascial techniques designed to relieve tension in all parts of the body. In addition, he specialises in injuries to the upper limb, including shoulder problems, tennis elbow, RSI and postural-related headaches. His professional and caring nature make him a valuable part of the Fleet team and popular with patients.

BROOKE ROBINSON BAppSc BSc MHSc
Registered Osteopath
Brooke Robinson completed her Osteopathy degree and Masters at Victoria University in Australia, after finishing her Human Movement degree where she majored in sports physiology and nutrition. She is also a qualified sports massage therapist. Brooke has extensive experience working in the corporate environment, as well as working with internationally competitive athletes such as tri-athletes, ironmen, cyclists and runners. She is currently working as the osteopath for the Northampton Saints Rugby Club.
Brooke's own interest in sport is particularly in individual sports, having competed as a triathlete in Australia. Living in London has allowed her to combine her love of running and travelling as she has completed half and full marathons in countries such as Budapest and Marrakesh. Brooke's strong interest in sport and wellbeing has allowed her to combine her experience and understanding of work related pain with that of an athlete and has seen her treatment specialise in injury and sports rehabilitation. For the last two years she has worked in-house with corporate businesses managing injuries, as well as designing and implementing wellbeing, injury prevention and rehabilitation programs. She hopes to take this work further while working at Fleet Street.

NOEL CHAMBERLAIN
Sports Massage Therapist
Noel has successfully practised for over 15 years, working at clinics in Richmond and St Margarets and at sports events and marathons.
The majority of his clients include runners, tri-athletes, iron men, cyclists and those workers who find themselves with computer- or work-related fatigue and tension. He uses deep tissue sports massage, therapeutic and remedial massage techniques to aid posture and help resolve a wide range of problems. He is particularly experienced at treating patients with sciatica, back pain, lower limb and especially relieving stress and tension of the neck and shoulders.
His deep tissue, hands-on only massage technique involves stretching muscles whilst massaging, beneficial for pre sports and post event recovery, he advocates a regular top-up maintenance programme whilst training. Noel is a registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists - the largest Sports and Complementary therapy organisation in the UK, and insured by Therapy Insurance Services Ltd (TIS).
