When I first went to see Hazel, I had been battling with severe backpain from an old injury for weeks. No matter what I did, it was just not getting any better. With Hazel's help I improved so much, I was back in training in time for the freediving world championships, where I went on to win a bronze medal. Thank you Hazel!

Over the years I have been to numerous physios, chiropractors and osteopaths for various sports and non-sports related injuries. I was never totally confident with any of them that they really knew exactly what was wrong. With Hazel though I have finally found someone I can completely trust. She explains fully what the problem is and I have found every time her treatment has worked. She is a godsend for anyone really into sport as she understands the frustration of being limited by an injury. She will give sensible advice on what one can and cannot do so that fitness levels are maintained while at the same time ensuring that recovery is as quick as possible. Even if I have not been to see her for six months or so, she will remember my past history and is friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone needing to solve a sport or non-sport related problem.

Over my 15-year playing career, I've had my share of injuries but over the past 3 years they have become ever more debilitating and thoughts of "I can't go on" began. Hazel was recommended by a friend and since seeing her not only have I managed to overcome these chronic and almost crippling back and neck injuries but I have managed to secure my place in the county team again. For someone whose life is entirely dependent on sport, what Hazel has done is greater than words can say. I am able to fulfil my job requirements again and perhaps more importantly I am able to play the sport that I love and do so without the fear of what it will feel like the following morning.

The things I really value about Hazel is that she is straightforward, practical, always positive and responsive to my calls for urgent treatment and, most importantly, I have huge confidence in her professional skill in treating my long term chronic neck problem. A treatment or two and I am always much, much better.

Having seen a range of chiropractors, physiotherapists and osteopaths over the last 8 years for a persistent back injury and related problems, following treatment and advice from Richard my back problems were treated with 100% success. In addition, joint and muscular pains elsewhere which I had learned to live with were dealt with effectively. Richard was enormously friendly and professional, and went about treatment with confidence and enthusiasm. Not only is daily life now considerably more comfortable, I am now able to play sport and train for triathlon events without problems.

I went to see Richard due to neck and back pain that I experienced during pregnancy, which was getting worse sitting at a desk. Richard took a holistic view of the problem and not only solved the symptoms but got the root of the problem and resolved the issue itself. This was done through physical treatment and stretching and strengthening exercises. He even advised me on my work station and suggested changes that helped tremendously. Throughout my treatment Richard was very accommodating to my pregnancy which gave me even more comfort. Richard is also a very nice and warm individual and I would highly recommend his services.
